Myron Williams was elected Coroner in November 2023 and took office on January 1st, 2024. He is serving his first term as Coroner of Neshoba County. He previously served as Deputy Coroner for eight years.
The County Coroner is responsible for investigating deaths to determine cause and manner. Findings are then reported to the State Health Department and the State Medical Examiner in Jackson, Ms.
