Advertisement for Road Construction Materials for SAP-50(15)S - CRS-2 & Limestone Aggregate

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID NESHOBA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

The Neshoba County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids or electronic bids at the Board Room in the Neshoba County Courthouse, Philadelphia, MS, until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, and shortly thereafter publicly open the same for the purposes of acquiring the following Materials to be used in support of Neshoba County’s construction of State Aid Project SAP-50(15)S:

1. Contract for Providing and Delivery of Liquid Asphalt CRS-2.
2. Contract for Providing of Crushed Limestone Aggregate.

Bids submitted for the materials above shall be for a Period from the date of acceptance to Neshoba County’s completion of SAP-50(15)S.

Bid forms may be obtained from the County Administrator’s office at the Neshoba County Courthouse, 401 Beacon Street, Suite 201, Philadelphia, MS 39350 or by calling 601-656-6281 or on our website at www.neshobacounty.net.  Neshoba County, Mississippi will determine if compliance with the specifications exist before accepting any bid.

Sealed bids will be received until the designated date and time at the Neshoba County Courthouse, Philadelphia, Mississippi.  Electronic bids will be received until the designated date and time via electronic online submission at www.neshobacounty.net/bids.  All bids will be thereafter publicly opened.

All sealed bids shall be on submitted on a Bid Form provided by Neshoba County, be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Material Bid for SAP-50(15)S” and filed with the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors c/o Chancery Clerk Gidget Tate, 401 Beacon Street, Suite 107, Philadelphia, MS 39350.   Electronic bids will be received until the designated date and time via electronic submission. 

Bidders may submit bids for one or more material items listed on the Bid Form(s).
